  1. Set RESEND_API_KEY and optionally RESEND_FROM_EMAIL.
  2. For SMS: TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID, TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN, TWILIO_FROM_NUMBER (+ Canada 10DLC / registration as required).
  3. Local email test: DEMO_OUTREACH_TO. SMS test: DEMO_OUTREACH_SMS_TO.
  4. Sequence auto-tick: set SEQUENCE_CRON_SECRET and call the cron URL every 15 minutes (see vercel-cron.snippet.json).
